Il nuovo Grandstream GXP2020 Enterprise SIP phone, sfoggia un design elegante, è indicato per uffici dirigenziali a un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il GXP2020 offre una qualità vocale superiore, funzioni vocali avante e complete, supporto multilingue, protezioni di sicurezza, provisioning automatico, ampiamente compatibile con le principali piattaforme SIP.
Le caratteristiche principali del GXP2020 sono: 6 linee, 7 tasti programmabili, 4 dynamic context sensitive soft keys, due porte Ethernet dual switched 10M/100Mbps auto-sensing con PoE integrato, un display LCD retroilluminato ad alta risoluzione grafica (320x160) a scala di grigio,
SRTP e TLS (pending) per la protezione della privacy. Il GXP2020 è il secondo telefono Grandstream della famiglia GXP Enterprise SIP Phone.
